Cancelling an Order
Melting Clock handles all orders using an automated shipping system. Orders that are in the "Fulfillment" stage are in the process of being shipped and cannot be canceled.
If a you place an order during normal business hours, processing will begin the same business day. You will be able to cancel or edit your order before 3:30pm EST.
Occasionally, there are times when the quantity that a customer requests is currently unavailable. Orders submitted with Back-Ordered products will be shipped completely once the item(s) are available.

We Offer Free Premier Shipping throughout the countries we ship to which are US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
~ Order Processing
Processing of an order placed during normal business hours generally begin the same day of the order placement. Order processing takes between three and five days.
Shipments times will range from 12 to 20 days. Orders are generally delivered around the 12 day mark, but could possibly take up to 20 days to be delivered in the case of a promotion.
Order processing for Promotional items may take longer due to high demand and shipping times could be delayed 1 to 2 weeks.
A confirmation email including the tracking number will be sent once an order has shipped. To get a better estimate of when an order will be delivered.
We currently ship to United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Refunds may be granted for incorrect or faulty merchandise.
All Promotional offers are final, no returns or exchanges.
Customers have up to 30 days after receiving a shipment to return an non promotional item.
If the return is not due to an incorrect or faulty item, a 25% restocking fee will applied and the customer will be responsible for return shipping cost.
Return Policy for Incorrectly Order Items
We will gladly accept returns if the items:
* Have not been used or installed
* Are in its original manufacturer packaging
* Are in New Resalable Condition within 30 days of purchase
* Request a refund which will be subject to a 25% restocking fee
Customers are responsible for return shipping cost as well.
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the shipment being returned is packaged “appropriately” to prevent damages.
Once our Returns Department receives the return, there will be a through inspection of the item(s) returned to confirm that the return has been delivered as expected.
